A machine that secures time doing wrapping process is used effectively and efficiently with its built-in measuring scale. This eliminates non-productivity as it can simultaneously wrap the pallet that is supposed to be packaged as well as weigh the boxes after as needed. Promoting a stress-free packing and weighing at a practical cost.

E3 Wrap 2100 with Scale STEP E3 WRAP 2100 SCALE

Semi-Automatic Pallet Wrapping & Weighing Machine

Wrapping and weighing usually mean two separate steps — the E3 WRAP 2100 SCALE does both at once. A built-in scale weighs pallets up to 2000kg while the machine wraps, so there's no need for a separate weighing station.

Built on the E3 series' free-space, no-ramp design — pallets sit directly on the floor, so operators don't need to lift, pull, or push heavy loads into position. A solid fit for small to large operations with light to heavy pallet wrapping needs.

Standout Feature

Wraps and weighs in a single pass — the integrated 2000kg scale cuts out the extra weighing step, so pallets move straight from wrap to dispatch.

Key Features

Lightweight, Eco-Friendly Build — Made from roughly 95% recyclable materials.

No Ramp, No Blockage — Pallets sit on the floor with no turntable, so there's no pushing or pulling to get into wrapping position.

No Package Weight Limit — With pallets on the floor and no ramp involved, package weight isn't a constraint.

Easy to Operate — Runs on a Mini PLC. Operators can adjust the standard top and button wrap program using a programming cable (item no. 95081884); the required software is free with purchase.

Height Detection — Automatically senses pallet height before wrapping.

Pre-Stretch with Photocell — Stretches film to its full capacity, cutting material use and cost. 100% extra stretch is available on demand (PLUS 100).

Speed — Wraps 25–500 pallets a week, sized for EURO (800×1200mm), US (1000×1200mm), and industrial (1350×950mm) pallets.

Purpose-Made Film Roll — A 750mm-wide roll on a ø38mm core cuts film, transport cost, and transport time. Rolls weigh under 12kg versus the standard 17kg, for easier handling.

5-Level Safety System — Includes an emergency stop to protect personnel. The rotary arm stops the moment an operator gets in its path, even mid-motion.

Easy to Install — Wall-mounted stretch film wrapper.

CE and RoHS Compliant — Meets both certification standards.
